โ Why is my payment not going through?
If your payment doesn't go through and we ask you to try again, it can be due to several reasons:
You entered the wrong card details.
You have no money on the account the card is linked to.
You have your card blocked to internet purchases / foreign purchases*.
*Since our payment provider is an American company, some banks can count it as a foreign purchase even though we are a Swedish company.
