🕐 When is the payment made?
The first payment is made the day you sign up (congratulations! 🎉). Your payment is valid for 30 days ahead and the membership fee is then automatically deducted every 30 days.
👀 Where can I see the payment history and my next debit date?
Under Membership in the menu you can find all your payment history!
🧾 Can I get the receipts from my previous payments?
Yes! Under Membership in the menu, you can see your payment history and choose to download your receipts in PDF files. Click on the clip icon next to each payment to download the receipt.
