Where can I find my receipts and payments?

See your payment history and download receipts in the app or on the from previous payments?

All your payments and receipts are collected under Membership. This is also where you can see your next payment date.

On the web

  1. Log in at abundolive.se (or abundolive.de).

  2. Go to Membership in the menu.

  3. In your payment history you can see all your payments.

  4. Click the paper clip icon next to a payment to download the receipt as a PDF.

In the app

  1. Open the Abundo app and log in.

  2. Go to Membership in the menu.

  3. In your payment history you can see all your payments.

  4. Tap the paper clip icon next to a payment to download the receipt as a PDF.

Good to know

  • Your first payment is made the day you become a member. After that, the membership fee is charged automatically every 30 days.

  • If you've received a discount, for example for inviting a friend, it shows on the payment.

  • Can't find a receipt, or see a payment you don't recognise? Message us in the chat and we'll help you.
