🎫 How will I get my ticket?
Usually, there are two main methods to check into an event. In your booking you can always see which of these applies to a specific event, so please always check your booking or event!
Guest list
After booking, your'e on a guest list.
State your name, booking number and that you booked with Abundo in the ticket office on site.
Always bring your ID card. Your booking and ticket is personal and can't be transferred to anyone else.
E-ticket
Your ticket will be uploaded to your account under the tab My bookings a few hours before showtime.
You will also receive an email with your tickets attached, again a few hours before showtime.
It's your responsibility to bring your ticket to show on site, either digitally or printed.

✉️ When will I receive my e-ticket?
Usually a couple of hours before the show starts! It is always stated in your booking.
🖨️ Do I need to bring my booking confirmation?
No, you never need to bring your booking confirmation! As the name suggests, this is a confirmation that you have made the booking, but it's not the ticket. The ticket will be either guest list or e-ticket as stated above and will be sent out a couple of hours before the show.
⏲️ Can I pick up the tickets in advance?
No. All producers have their own rules and opening hours for the ticket office. You will always find the information that applies for your tickets when you make a booking and under the specific booking on My bookings.
You will also receive this information in the confirmation email that you get when the booking is made.
