โœ‰๏ธ I don't receive emails from Abundo, what should I do now?

Since we will send important emails to you like booking confirmations and tickets, it's important that our e-mails will reach you!

  • Make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address under My details. You can find this under the My profile.

  • If you didn't get an e-mail from us, always check the junk folder.

  • Do you have a Comhem address? Check that your inbox isn't full.

To avoid not getting emails from us, you can add us as a secure sender. Below is a guide on how to do that for all kinds of mail clients.


Apple Mail

Add our addresses support@abundolive.se, norely@abundolive.se and info@abundolive.se to your address book:

  1. Go to the inbox and open an email from us.

  2. In the from-field, click "Abundo" to get a drop-down menu.

  3. Select "Add the sender" in the address book.

Yahoo

New Users: You must create a filter that forwards all emails from us to your inbox.

Open the inbox and click Options (in the upper right corner).

Select Filter (in the lower left corner).

Click Add to the filter page.

Update the rule heading for from: with the following information: contains and @abundolive.se. (This allows Yahoo to identify our emails based on the AFTERM.) Click Move the message to and select the inbox. Then click Add Filter. Existing subscribers: If our emails get stuck in mass letters, you can open an email and click the not spam button. Then create a filter according to the instructions above.


Gmail

  1. Log in to Gmail.

  2. Click Settings in the upper right corner.

  3. Click Filter and then create a new filter.

  4. Fill in the first step with the following information and click Next Step.

  5. Complete the next step with the following details and click Create Filter.

Current subscribers:

  1. Click Spam on the left side of the Gmail page

  2. Click in the box next to our mail

  3. Click not the spam button next to the email.

Hotmail Live Windows / Hotmail

New subscribers: Click Mark as trusted near the "from-field" in the email.

Or:

  1. Log in to Hotmail.

  2. Navigate to the upper right corner of the inbox, click Options and then select more email settings.

  3. Under prevent spam, click trusted and blocked senders.

  4. Under trusted and blocked senders, click on trusted senders.

  5. Enter info@abundolive.se, norely@abundolive.se, support@abundolive.se, and then click Add to the list.

Current subscribers: If our emails end up in your spam, you can open an email and click the not spam button. If you have not done so yet, add info@abundolive.se, norely@abundolive.se, support@abundolive.se as a trusted sender according to the instructions above.

Outlook Express (6+)

  1. Open an email from us.

  2. Right-click on our name.

  3. Select Add to Contacts.

  4. Click Save and Close.

Outlook 2010

  1. Click Start, Spam and then on spam options.

  2. Click Add and then on trusted sender.

  3. Add @abundolive.se to the list of trusted senders.

  4. Click OK.

Outlook 2003/2007

  1. Add our domain, @abundolive.se, to your list of trusted senders:

  2. In the alternative menu, click Tools.

  3. In the settings list, click Spam.

  4. Select trusted senders, click Add.

  5. In the Add address or domain field, enter @abundolive.se

  6. Click OK.
