Abundo is a subscription service for cultural experiences!
More concrete, it means that you, like any other subscription services, pay a fixed monthly costs and then you can take part in all events that we offer with Abundo. Just like a gym card, but instead of exercising your muscles, you excercise your senses with a membership on Abundo.
What does it cost?
The standard membership of 290 SEK/ 29 EUR per month gives you one ticket per event.
The Plus 1 membership for 550 SEK/ 55 EUR per month gives you two tickets per event, and then you can bring whoever you want and it doesn't have to be the same person every time.
All tickets are included in your monthly fee and we have no hidden fees or extra charges. You decide when you want to pause or cancel your membership, so no setting time.
What kind of events do you have?
We have hundreds of events every day which you as a member can take part in. They range from theatre to grand shows, subtle stand-up and thought-provoking exhibitions. City walks, improvisational theatre, jazz and lectures are something we offer. HERE you can see what we've been offering over the past few months to get an idea of what's included in Abundo.
Once I become a member, how do I find the events?
As soon as you log in, a selection of events will appear for you to browse. Either scroll down to see more and if there is a specific event you are looking for, you can use the search function marked with a small magnifying glass.
How do I book?
After scrolling through the events and finding one you want to go to, you can easily book with two clicks. Choose the date you want to go and click on Book.
Once you've done that, a confirmation box will pop up. There you can choose the number of tickets and read instructions on how to get your tickets. Also note the cancellation policy and when the free cancellation period ends, usually 24 hours before the event takes place.
Once you have selected the number of tickets, simply click on Confirm Booking. You will then find your booking under My Bookings in the menu. By clicking on the booking, you can choose to cancel, add or remove tickets and read ticket instructions.
What are the cancellation conditions and how do I cancel?
To cancel an event, go to My Bookings. Your active bookings will appear at the top. Go to the event you want to cancel and press the round button that says Cancel. If you have booked two tickets and want to reduce the number to one, press Cancel one ticket.
Remember that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the event for it to be free of charge. However, you can make a late cancellation within 24 hours for a fee of 100 SEK per ticket. Read more about our booking conditions here.
Can I invite more people to Abundo?
A shared experience is a double joy! You can give away a free month to a friend by going to the menu and clicking on Invite Friends. For each friend you refer, who then becomes an active member themselves, you also get a 100 SEK/ 10 EUR discount on your next month. Win-win for everyone!
There are several ways to invite;
Via link
Copy the link and then send it to your friends in any way you like - via text, email or social media.
Via email
Here you fill in the email addresses yourself. You can also choose to send directly from your Gmail or Outlook. Then click on Send. An email will be sent to your friend, who can then register via the link in the email.
Via code
Another way is to share your personal code, which your friend can then enter when registering.
